Our company's efforts towards reducing the spread of infectious diseases

At en world Japan, we are undertaking the following ongoing measures in order to prevent the spread of infectious diseases inside and outside of the company, as well as to ensure the safety of our clients, service users, and employees.
・As a general rule, all business meetings and interviews with clients and registered service users will be conducted by telephone or online.
・As a general rule, events hosted by our company will be held online.
・Our work structure will continue to focus on working at home for all offices across Japan.*
・In both public and private, we will refrain from attending large gatherings of people to the utmost degree.
*Should working at home affect the execution of one's work, or should working at the office be required to handle legal matters or client matters, employees will be allowed to commute to the office. However, measures will be taken to prevent infection, such as only working in shifts, commuting outside of peak hours, wearing a mask, and thoroughly disinfecting with alcohol.
Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and those connected to our company. We will continue to monitor the situation, revise our current strategies, and implement new ones as necessary.
