[事業内容・会社の特徴]
外資系大手航空グランドハンドリング会社

[仕事内容]
本社および関西空港支店の各事業所内の安全衛生管理、業務プロセスの品質維持、従業員の健康・安全を担保するための労働環境の整備に責任を負います。
国内全事業所を統括するQHSE Headを補佐する立場で、各種法規・業界/社内基準に則った内部監査対応や毎月開かれる安全衛生委員会の主催、Safety Championと呼ばれる各部門の安全衛生責任者の管理・評価などが主な職務となります。
上司となるQHSE HeadはNon Japaneseで、かつ海外拠点とのコミュニケーションも発生するため、日々のレポート業務で英語を日常的に使用します。

Detailed Job Desciption：

  • Support Superior and Senior Management

  • Active SLA / KPI monitoring (DCM, FSC, FIS, PowerBi etc.) and drive initiatives to improve

  • Follow up on incidents and conduct/support investigations and implement corrective and preventative actions

  • Conduct / support / guide and implement Risk Assessments

  • Control of documents from the company International / implement in stations (Operational / Directives)

  • Coordinate between International, Japan HQ and Stations

  • Coordinate, conduct and manage internal QHSE audits and track corrective actions until implementation

  • Conduct and manage QHSE training

  • Take meeting minutes and actively contribute to QHSE meetings

  • Proactively promote Safety, Security, Quality through the development of alerts, posters, campaigns, slogans

  • Guide station management on the SMS/QMS, Security and KPI standards

  • Implement and manage projects to drive QHSE improvement

  • Assist with the creation and implementation of action plans to address customer complaints and QHSE concerns

  • Foster a strong QHSE culture

  • QHSEスペシャリストとしてのご経験（業界不問）

  • ピープルマネジメントのご経験（組織規模不問）

  • ビジネスレベルの英語力

  • 普通自動車第一種運転免許

  • 基本的なPCスキル（Microsot Office等）

  • 航空業界（航空会社またはグランドハンドリング会社）でのご経験

  • IATA Diploma、NEBOSH等の業界/専門職資格

580万円〜 900万円
（能力・経験を考慮し当社規定により決定します。）
