To find the best possible talent for our clients, we focus on the quality of the match – never the quantity of introductions. Resume spam is a waste of everyone’s time. We always start with a face-to-face meeting where we assess not only candidates’ skills and background, but also their personalities, attitudes and career goals. Then we work with them step by step through the process of introduction, interviewing and hiring. We also stay in touch with candidates after a position is accepted, so that we can ease their transition into the new workplace. Even the way we attract candidates is highly personalized. Almost half of the professionals in our growing database arrive through personal recommendations and introductions, so they tend to be both highly qualified and highly motivated. Q6. What kinds of recruitment services do you offer?

A. en world offers clients the option of two types of service for introductions.

  • Contingency Search Service
  • Retained Search Service

For contingency searches, you pay only after we successfully place a candidate. en world will introduce candidates, continue to fine-tune the search criteria, and manage the negotiation process, until you select a new employee and a contract is signed.

Retained search services are ideal if you have special needs and require an especially thorough search supported by personalized attention.

Q7. What happens if a candidate resigns after joining the client company?

A. We strive to create a win-win situation for both the client and the candidate. However, in some cases, for a variety of reasons the match is not successful. If a candidate leaves within an agreed guarantee period of his or her own accord, we will do our best to replace that candidate with a new candidate at no additional cost. If this is not possible we will offer a variable refund of the recruiting fee.
