The HR TR Expert is responsible for:
Accountable for the successful design and delivery of a significant portion of Total Reward solutions (strategies, frameworks, processes, procedures and policies for one or more Total Reward topics such as base pay, variable pay, equity plans & executive compensation and employee benefits, post-merger integration, recognition, etc.)

Close collaboration with the HR Community, Senior Business leaders to effectively and efficiently supervise, direct and manage all efforts required for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Total Reward solutions that drive employee engagement, optimize total rewards and support the achievement of strategic objectives and sustainable business results.

May be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of individual contributors and/or project teams and focused on facilitating their performance through objective management, goal setting, direction, issue resolution and escalation. Managing team of resources and directing all efforts to deliver on TR initiatives. This includes scoping, design, development, implementation, administration and continuous improvement of Total Reward programs, processes, policies and business solutions.

Is seen as the country TR leader – work closely with the country HR leadership team to align TR offerings with broad India / APJ HR strategy

Matrix organizational set-up – close alignment required with global and regional organizational policies / frameworks.
