Our Hiring Process

Step 1: APPLY

To apply via our website, please see our list of open positions here. Once you find an appropriate position, please “Log In to apply” or “Register with your resume”.

Step 2: FACE TO FACE/PHONE INTERVIEW

After reviewing your resume, our HR department will be in touch to set up a face to face or phone interview with you. The phone interview questions will cover your career interests and other background information.

Step 3: TOP GRADING INTERVIEW

The Top Grading Interview will ask you specific and targeted questions regarding your previous experiences. This will be a face to face interview with the hiring manager and usually takes up to 1-3 hours.

Step 4: SCREENING INTERVIEW

The Screening Interview will be conducted by the hiring manager face to face. The questions will be focused on getting to know your suitability for the position.

Step 5: HALF DAY

A “Half Day” is a unique interview experience that en world conducts as one of our key hiring steps. It is an opportunity for you to visit our offices for half a day and speak with current employees. These employees may be your future colleagues and therefore it is important you spend quality time getting to know them and the en world company culture.

Step 6: OFFER

Once an offer is made, a starting day will be agreed based upon your availability and the needs of the division and position. For example, if you are hired as a consultant, you may be asked to join at a scheduled intake period, ensuring you will be provided with in-depth training as part of the intake group.
