Craig joined en world in 2007. A member of the Board of Directors for en world and also a Director in the parent company, en Japan, he has overall responsibility for all permanent and contract recruitment services in Japan and Asia Pacific. Prior to en world, Craig gained extensive Sales and Marketing experience in Asia Pacific with roles as EFI Japan President and Senior Director of APAC as well as 9 years experience at Fuji Xerox in Australia. Craig holds an MBA from the University of New South Wales (AGSM). A fitness enthusiast, Craig hails from Australia and moved to Japan for the 2nd time in 2000 with his wife. In the community Craig is the chair of the Japan based charity, TELL, and a member of the ANZCCJ executive committee.

Neal Walters

Vice President, Strategic Business, Japan & APAC

Neal joined en world as a Human Resources Department consultant in 2004 after his involvement in education-related work in Osaka.
Neal’s motto is to “provide optimal human resource solutions in order to solve a company’s problems without wasting the customer’s time.” With respect to the “human resources” area in particular, Neal has a number of success stories towards global companies in many industries. Utilizing both his global sense as a native Canadian and his fluent Japanese, Neal takes advantage of a wide network of contacts in Japan and the Asia/Pacific region and has been contributing to the expansion of en world’s business. Born in Toronto, Canada, Neal has also experienced life in Osaka and Tokyo, with 18 years in Japan.

Yu SatoYu Sato

Vice President, Japan Sales

Yu joined en world Japan in 2008 as a consultant in the Supply Chain Management Team after being involved in business development in the APAC market at JAC Recruitment in Japan. Yu won top sales awards several times, with a talent for always striving to build long-term and trusting relationships by offering just that much extra service to exceed customer expectations.
To add to his work in the Supply Chain & Procurement Division, Yu was then promoted to Senior Manager responsible for the Life Sciences Team Division, and the organization was expanded to seven teams with 40 people. Through his position as sales director overseeing the IT Division as well as the Nagoya and Osaka offices, Yu was appointed to the position of  Vice President, in charge of the permanent recruiting business in the Japan market.

Kevin NaylorKevin Naylor

Vice President, Operations

Kevin joined en world in 2005 as a Consultant. In late 2008, after the Global Financial Crisis started to affect the recruiting business, Kevin helped to consolidate the Banking and Finance Team which specialized in Securities, Banking and Asset Management with the Financial Services Team which had been exclusively Real Estate and Insurance focused. The new Financial Services Team, which covered all markets in financial services, weathered the crisis to emerge stronger than ever with the current Team containing several of the best recruiters in their fields. Kevin was promoted to Senior Manager in 2011 and also was promoted to Sales Director in 2014. He currently supervises the Financial Services Team, IT Team, Legal & Compliance Team and the Nagoya Office.
Originally from Kansas in the United States, Kevin graduated from Pennsylvania State University with an MA in English Language and Literature.

Shugo FujiokaShugo Fujioka

Marketing Director, Japan & APAC

After graduating from the Chuo University Faculty of Commerce, Shugo has been involved in a diverse range of marketing activities such as advertising, event planning, creative work, customer behavior analysis and market research with global companies in different industries, such as Pepsi-Cola, BMW and Citibank, prior to joining en world Japan in 2012. Shugo supervises the planning and execution of marketing strategy in en world for the Asia-Pacific region, including Japan. He also aims to improve corporate value in different ways, while understanding and analyzing customer behavior and international market conditions.
