Tokyo, February 12, 2014 – en world Japan K.K. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Craig Saphin), a recruiting agency helping global companies hire mid-career professionals, has built a system to newly support Chinese, Korean, French, German, and Arabic, in addition to Japanese and English, with an aim to strengthen its temporary and contract staffing business, called Project & Contract Specialists (PCS) Division, and offer broader support for languages used by multinational companies.

By supporting more languages, recruiting personnel at companies can seek recruitment services in their mother tongue while en world Japan can match talents more accurately based on an in-depth understanding of cultural backgrounds and the practices of hiring companies. In addition, when a position requires a specific language skill, PCS can evaluate candidates’ levels of proficiency in these seven languages more precisely.

Since 2006, en world Japan has deployed temporary and contract staffing business, taking advantage of its experience in placements of full-time positions for global companies.
