This is a customer support position for our corporate customers who use our products.
This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding product usage, financial data, etc. via phone, email, and chat.
The position is also responsible for providing support to our customers by phone, email, and chat.
- Provide answers to customer questions as a technical support contact for financial professionals.
- Product(s) in charge: Technical support for products with a focus on financial crime prevention (risk solutions)
- Maintain a trusting relationship with customers and provide additional information regarding their inquiries and solutions via phone, email, and chat
- Identify issues that impact customer operations and work to resolve them quickly
- Manage inquiries in CRM and build relationships with other teams, including international teams, to provide appropriate resolution
- Contribute to improving the quality of service to our customers as well as deepening expertise through training.
- Experience in technical support, helpdesk, on-site support, operations and monitoring (approx. 2+ years)
- Basic IT knowledge (API, network, etc., enough to isolate problems in troubleshooting)
- Native level of Japanese and business level or higher English (training will be conducted by overseas personnel and all training will be in English)
Skills and Experience:
- Previous technical support work for customers in the financial industry.
- A positive attitude toward problem solving in response to customer inquiries.
- Teamwork oriented and ambitious.
- A degree in business or information technology is required.

Working hours: 8-hour shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a 1-hour break.
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays
5-7M JPY (Experiences and skills will be considered)
Temp to Perm (permanent employment after 6 months)
