Sales Executive - Business Development
This position is under the newly created Business Development team. He/she, together with his/her team leader, will be working as the center of excellence of B2B Japan market. He/she will create proposals for new business models and also define sound marketing communication mix for B2B market, which will greatly contribute to incremental billing and LIF in the B2B business scene.
- Analyze ongoing B2B card business to clarify opportunities / challenges as well as propose next step, utilizing various database in and out of company.
- Analyze current marketing communication activities and define the appropriate Marcomm mix for each industry of B2B.
- Initiate various marketing related projects such as Lead generation & Nurturing or O2M together with marketing team.
- Define the value set of merchants and create promotion tools for sales teams for their acquisition activities.
- Develop lead generation partners and establish nurturing schemes to expand B2B merchant coverage.
- Communicate with merchants to create promotion materials to promote them to CMs effectively.

- Business experience in B2B marketing and data-driven business analysis is necessary.
- Leadership on developing winning strategy and inclusion of others.
-Wide perspective and enthusiasm to initiate beyond his/her responsibility to influence people and achieve his/her own goal.
-High analytical skills and logical thinking to develop sound Marcomm strategies.
-Ability to set mid- to long-term goals and persevere.
-Strong leadership/skill for relationship management to maintain mutual business growth with stakeholders.
-High communication and negotiation skills in Japanese. Good communication skills in English
-Good PC skills and analytical mindset for persuasive presentation.
-Time management skills to organize tasks and prioritize actions to achieve goals.
