THE ROLE:

If you are an enterprising individual who enjoys interacting with customers and understanding the customers` needs to develop targeted solutions, we would like to introduce you to a RPO Consultant role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a RPO Consultant, you will need to:

● Build relationships with existing clients and key client stakeholders for potential business opportunities and leads

● Identify client pain points and develop and propose potential RPO solutions

● Work with RPO management and Data & Analytics Team to examine and create pricing proposals to be presented to the client.

● Manage and organize leads and client information into the RPO database for recordkeeping and future business development

● Work closely with the en world Agency teams to identify and develop new RPO Clients

● Support and at times lead the implementation process for new RPO Projects

● Report into the Head of RPO



WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU:

● Keep abreast on the latest industry trends and news

● Contribute to the development of recruitment policies and procedures

● Develop strong relationships with the agency teams for cross-selling services

● Utilize existing business development channels to generate new business

● Analyze existing accounts for potential monetization opportunities

● Contribute to the growth of not only enPower but the entire en Japan group



ACCOUNTABILITY IN THIS ROLE:

● Work with the RPO delivery teams to ensure the feasibility of program commitments

● Tracking and reporting on the status of all proposal components

● Create and maintain a positive relationship with the client

● Maintain accurate reports at all time

● Engage with the hiring community and manage expectations



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

● Business level English (written and spoken) and fluency in spoken Japanese (Reading/writing)

● 3+ years experience within a Talent Acquisition, RPO and/or agency recruitment environment OR solution sales experience

● Proven ability of result-driven success that can be reinforced by positive references

● Strong listening, analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.

● Project Management experience is preferred
