Global Car Parts Manufacturer

[Responsibilities]
Project manager is responsible for leading project of climate control products for Japanese OEM. He/she is main customer interface for all project related items. He/she manages acquisition and development projects in terms of timing, cost and team to realize project nomination/launch successfully.

Primary duties and responsibility include, but not limited to:

  • Lead projects of climate control products for Japanese OEM

  • Lead projects for acquisition and development projects

  • Manage cost and timing and ensure project profitability

  • Anticipate and Minimize risk and uncertainties, optimize and improve all aspects of project

  • Manage and lead team realizing technical and commercial success based on project contract and applying project management methods and best practices

  • Manage global team and encourage them to have appropriate output continuously

[Requirements]

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as full-time employee (Automotive industry is preferred.)

  • Able to travel both domestic and international

  • Excellent skill for MS office (Excel, Word and Power Point)

[Language Requirement]

  • Eglish Language level: Business level

  • Native Japanese level/intermediate-Business English level above

  • Work permission in Japan required

[Salary]
5 Million yen ~ 9 Million yen (Experiences and skills will be considered)


[Wrok hours]
9：00-17：00

Kanagawa
