Procurement Manager

京都の歴史ある様々なサプライヤーの方たちと協力しながら、原材料やパッケージの購買などを担当いただくポジションです。現在人気急上昇により、生産数が追いついていない状況ですので、生産増に対応するための購買業務構築が当面のミッションとなります。

[仕事内容]

• Build strong and sustainable relationships with key suppliers based on WIN-WIN approach and alingned with Kyoto culture sensitivities.
• Sourcing of all direct spend for manufacturing activities and point of sales material(POSM): raw materials (wet/dry) and packaging (bottles, labels, closures and shipper cases).
• Category Management: definition of strategies by category, split of suppliers, % volumes awards. Analysis and implementation of Value engineering, Sustainability and Cost negotiations opportunities
• Contracts and T&Cs with Legal advise
• Definition and update of main procurement procedures. Suppliers performance assessment. Coordination with QSE of Supplier Audits calendar
• Development and sourcing of components and materials for all NPDs and restaging projects, risk management (wet & dry goods).
• Proposal, analysis and implementation of Value Engineering and Sustainability initiatives
• Reporting of KPIs local and global level (group Company standards)
