[Responsibilities]
Sales Order Taking:

  • Responsible for overall sales order taking process and returns with defects from all of distributors and direct customers run on SAP system (including order, shipping, billing and master registration), understanding the latest inventory balance for each SKUs and monthly rolling sales forecast through close communication with Sales and Logistics team, and other stakeholders.
  • Streamline and ensure efficient shipping process through communication and coordination closely with 3PL and customers (charter trucks etc.,) and sales team.
  • Maintain the SAP system and IT infrastructure including EDI with customers to ensure smooth operation on a day-to-day process.

Invoicing:

  • Ensure to calculate correct amount of GSV, SD, and NSV based on day-to-day order taking and issue the invoice on a timely manner based on the defined schedule through close communication with sales and finance team.
  • Review SD if it is as defined in the agreement.

Data Management:

  • Responsible for maintaining and updating sell-in, sell-out, and POS data and closely work with sales team for sales analysis using BI tool.

Management:

  • Responsible for managing 1 regular staff and 1 temp staff who are responsible for day-to-day order taking operation etc.,

[Requirements]
Work Experience and Professional skills:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as front office role including order taking, invoice, etc., in an international or national company, beneficial would be experience if it has been a subsidiary of an international company.
  • Experience ideally in consumer goods company, wholesaler or retailer
  • ERP especially SAP & BI Experience / having interests in IT management would be plus.
  • Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams - strong Leadership skills
  • Fluent in English written and spoken (must); Japanese fluency (must)
