Job Description Summary
Responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives Operates with some autonomy but are typically subject to standard sales practices and procedures. The role is subject to regular review of sales results. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance. May be responsible for medium-sized sales territories.

Job Description

  • Develop, drive, and track comprehensive fulfilment plans to meet customer requests while delivering business revenue commitments.
  • Lead allocations and prioritizations for business to optimize revenue and cost, manage on time delivery metrics
  • Developing the communication operating mechanisms, data reports and metrics to support key business imperatives, order execution and improve on time delivery performance
  • Establish & maintain a reliable relationship in a cross-functional environment
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and materials and planning to set plans to achieve cost, inventory, and fulfilment targets
  • Ensure communication with commercial team regarding equipment delivery timing and details
  • Execute projects on inventory, on time delivery and simplification initiatives
  • Develops vision a important market on the level of a product line with a long term perspective
  • Leads business development planning processes for this market.
  • Complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used.
  • Products and systems are client specific and require customization.
  • Coordinates sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
  • Department is involved in medium-large sales.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics | Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • 3+ years proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment with exposure to order management and or part sourcing activities
  • Experience with Planning Work Pipeline
  • Experience with using multiple operating platforms and systems (Oracle ERP), Sales Force
  • Microsoft Office (Strong Excel Skills)
  • Experience working within high change environments and the ability to respond in a positive manner
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) to work through complex issues and communicate into simple messages
  • Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a cross regional/matrix environment
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet scheduled completion dates and stakeholder expectations
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and maintaining procedural documents
  • Ability to model positive team behaviour and influence others in a positive way
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
