Head of Marketing - North Asia




・Drive Marketing Strategy for Japan & Korea and deliver plans and programs that drive demand for the brand.
・Lead marketing planning & execution, as well as optimizing the brand experience across all consumer touch points including advertising, engagement through PR and events management, digital, social, CRM/loyalty, ecommerce marketing, performance marketing, retail marketing and wholesale marketing.

o Leverage deep consumer insights to develop and implement local market-leading strategies and brand marketing plans that build brand equity, strengthen awareness and consumer loyalty
o Drive continual investment optimization across all vehicles & channels through sharp focus on marketing analytics
o Provide clear & actionable input about local requirements and opportunities that are based on deep understanding of customers, consumers and competitors as well as other attributes of marketplace.
o Be the champion of the North Asia. Internally within the geo (building buzz and awareness for marketing within local market) as well as within the EAP Marketing Leadership team

・Build brand equity through close partnership with channel leads, merchandising teams and agencies through strong execution of brand campaigns led by digital strategies with consumers' experience in mind
・Focus on consumers and lead in relevant ways of brand building that is analytics & insights driven
・Drive omni-channel marketing & communications approach that strives to offer a seamless consumer experience with the brand
・Drive e-commerce growth through best in class marketing strategy, plan and execution for both and
・Successfully Roll out global campaigns and marketing initiatives through local amplification
・Elevate the brand by fully maximising the impact of store in Japan, across Asia Pacific and globally.
・Ensure consistency in brand image and message across all consumer touchpoints, aligned with Global brand directives
・Contribute to business growth in an omni-channel business environment through lead/ traffic generation as well as other channel KPIs in market
・Apply market knowledge and understanding in the implementation of marketing plan
・Manage marketing resources and strive for ROMI on all related investments


The Head of Marketing will have a proven ability to demonstrate the following:

・Strong business acumen and experience with budget management

The Head of Marketing will be tertiary qualified in Marketing, Business Management or similar discipline as well as have 8-10 years proven experience in the following:
・Consumer Insights
・Youth Culture - Knowledge of Japanese and South Korean markets and youth consumers
・Marketing analytics and performance tracking
・Digital/ Social Media
・Advertising and Promotion
・Public Relations and Publicity
・Events management
・Strong familiarity with ecommerce marketing (Livestreaming, Search, Affiliate Marketing)
・Brand Protection and Use of Trademarks
