Manages all aspects of a warehouse operation to provide excellent customer service. This position impacts key quality goals including Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement, Timeliness, Accuracy, Efficiency, Cost Savings, Process Quality and Part Quality.
The client is for automotive industry and we are managing the feeding the parts for their manufacturing line.

Operations Management

  • Promotes a Safe Work Environment with year over year safety (RIF) improvement.

  • Prepares annual budget and manage department's profitability.

  • Reviews performance against forecasts and plan targets.

  • Monitoring staff performance and developing staff potentials.

  • Implements proactive measures to maximize service availability and minimize the impact of service outages.

  • Manages vendors and third-party/outsource partners to ensure delivery of expected service level.

  • Establishes strong rapport and partnerships with client and vendors.

  • Encourages and maintains a culture of open communication with Management, Salary and Hourly employees.

  • Ensures our operation complies with local government requirements.

  • Promote, support and embed NOS methodology, including 6 Sigma methodology, throughout the operation.

Commercial Operations

  • Manages and direct a team to achieve turnaround standards for response to enquiries, order processing, billing, shipping and letter of credit negotiation.

  • Ensures delivery of support meets defined standards of operational effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Plans and implement service improvement initiatives.

  • Support new business opportunities.

  • Responsible for becoming a strategic business partner and growing/developing the facility in line with the company's strategies/vision.

Warehouse / Logistics Operations

  • Manages and providing leadership for the warehouse team to meet turnaround standards for receiving, picking, packing and shipping.

  • Monitors inventory and shipping accuracy using Bin Denial, cycle count and customer claims statistics.

  • Monitors warehouse productivity.

  • Supports supply chain fulfillment strategies, value chain enhancements and process improvements.

  • Meets/exceeds all LSA Key Performance Indicators.


  • Manages carriers/forwarders relationship for selected lanes, from contract negotiation to ongoing measurement of forwarder's performance, reporting and cost management including insurance management and traffic planning.

  • Verification of all freight expenditures and performing various cost analysis and monthly transportation report.


  • Supports and ensures all safety processes and safety/environmental initiatives are followed to maintain high standards of safety within the facility.

  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by company.


  • At least 7-10 years relevant experience

  • Knowledge of IT WMS system is mandatory

  • Requires W/H operation and people management experience

  • English skill is mandatory

  • To be Team worker /Customer service orientated and Good follow-up

  • English Language level: Business level

  • Japanese Language level: Fluent - Native Level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)

  • Work permission in Japan required

14.4~16.8 million JPY
