[Responsibilities]
This position is responsible for:
◆Fee-paid insurance revenue growth
◆NAC ("Non-additional charge" as card embedded insurance) enhancement
◆Call center management both at internal and external call centers as a Head of operation (Membership Insurance Desk and partner tele-marketing center)

Principal Accountabilities:
◆Fee-paid insurance revenue growth

  • Manage partners such as insurance partners and tele-marketing company to ensure insurance revenue growth along with 2022 plan
  • Plan and implement sufficient lead generation from new and tenured card members for out-bound tele-marketing
  • Lead performance tracking and analysis based on PDCA process
  • Compliance and due diligence management for the partners by closely working with internal stakeholders such as Compliance, Central Insurance team

◆NAC enhancement

  • Develop new NAC (embedded insurance benefits) by closely working with internal stakeholders and insurance partners, such as travel insurance and smartphone protection
  • Enhance NAC communication by leveraging new and existing customer touchpoints to reduce loss ratio for NAC cost saving together with Marketing team
  • Manage acquisition budget and investment optimization process

◆Call center management both at internal and external call centers as a Head of operation (Membership Insurance Desk and partner tele-marketing center)

  • Manage 5 inbound call center staff and outsourced 15 temp staff in the partner
  • Achieve KPI - retention, Sales Per Lead, insurance revenue and commission

[Requirements]

  • 保険業界での営業、ピープルマネジメント
  • 英語ビジネスレベル
  • Partnership management to deal with insurance partners and out-bound telemarketing company and internal stakeholders (commercial card services, consumer marketing, Compliances, Legal)
  • Capability to translate strategic thinking into effective project plans and execution
  • Revenue tracking by PDCA management
  • Card and/or Insurance business knowledge preferred (not mandatory)
  • Partnership management skills with multiple internal stakeholders & insurance partners
  • Strong financial acumen, in depth data analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Japanese based on Audience Assessment leadership
  • Excellent team player with strong people management skill to engage stakeholders
