[Position]
Director of Human Resources

[Company Description]
Global Hotel Group

[Responsibilities]

  • Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.

  • Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.

  • Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics

  • Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance

  • Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with Employee representatives

  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards

  • Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required

  • Anticipate and resolve litigation risks

  • Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics

[Requirements]

  • Proven experience as HR Director with at least 5 years' experience in HR/training or similar in a hotel environment.

  • At least three years' experience in a management role.

[Preferable]

  • Previous experience working in a city hotel preferred.

  • BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus.

[Language Requirement]

  • Fluent in English

  • Japanese Language level: Fluent - Native Level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)

  • Work permission in Japan required

Osaka

[Working hours]
8 hours working time, 1 hour break

[Salary]
8 million yen -12 million yen (Annual salary system based on skills and experiences, negotiable)
