Expert Digital Engagement Manager







Job Purpose:
The Expert Digital Engagement Manager is a key role in delivering the Expert ambition in market.
The role will lead the in-market activation of Expert digital channels, supporting the acquisition and retention of HCP relationships, aligned to our strategic ambition to have meaningful reach with 100% of the core HCP audiences (Dental). This role will be accountable for the local deployment, activation and ongoing management of Expert digital channels within the roadmap.
This role will be required to work with others in the Expert team to deliver locally relevant content, share performance updates (based on key KPIs) and activation plans appropriately. The role will need to work closely with partnering functions (Digital & Tech). This role will also need to contribute to the global digital community, to represent local needs and deploy global programs to the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the rollout, optimization and maintenance of the portal site
  • Defining the roadmap/rollout plan for portal site features (Webinar, Personalised Learning etc) to drive reach/acquisition of our key Expert audiences
  • Develop retention strategy for registered audiences via eCRM, including defining the role for eCRM in combination with other channels
  • Lead the focus in market on multichannel consent to ensure Expert teams can deliver reach via a full channel mix.
  • Ensuring the portal site (& other features) content is up to date and relevant, through owning content authoring tickets (for above brand content) and partnering with Expert marketing team to ensure brand content is updated in a timely fashion
  • Develop a long-term vision for the number of the portal site registrations
  • Tracking performance and KPIs of the portal site, sharing insight gained from performance data (and 'voice of the customer' where relevant). Delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to demonstrate success, analyzing content performance, identify trends, and areas for optimization.
  • Driving digital capability in the Expert teams through knowledge sharing within the local teams, performance updates and best practice sharing
  • Inputting into ad-hoc local projects as subject matter expert for digital activity, including delivery of tech roadmap or data projects where relevant
  • Sharing best practices and input into the global community via portal site working sessions, digital collective and other global meetings.

  • Digital experience including website creation/adaption & e-crm

  • Expert/HCP experience (preferred)

Japanese Language level: Fluent - Native (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
Work permission in Japan required
