Administration Manager


The chosen candidate will be responsible for the establishment of all internal business processes and therefore will play a key role in the internal team. The processes should be operated with the professional support from the HQ Organization and IT management.
By leading the internal operations team the candidate will be responsible for the company's complete order processing which includes supporting, assists and working of sales activities like quotations and follow-up of enquiries.

What the job involves:

  • Performing all administrative tasks involved in developing the company
  • Office organization and administration
  • Quotation preparation and invoicing for sales and service
  • Carrying out preparatory tasks for financial accounting and payroll accounting
  • Participation in the introduction of an ERP System


  • Several years of professional experience in similar positions
  • Excellent computer skills and a natural affinity for everything related to IT
  • Strong leadership to develop admin team
  • A very good knowledge of English
