This position will be for acceleration of Middle Market Account Development, which is one of key focus areas for GCS growth. This position needs to be filled to grow in the segment which can be taken cared both face to face and phone contact basis.
This is hybrid (both face to face and telephone based Account Development) role focusing on driving growth within a defined group of existing customers. This is achieved through a consultative selling approach to ensure maximum account penetration and new opportunity identification.
Key responsibilities include retaining and expanding the existing relationship with a defined portfolio of approximately 200-300 existing Corporate Card accounts to achieve an annual charge volume target. Focus is on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, charge volume growth and a reduction in attrition. Emphasis is on your ability to maintain the client relationship in and across multiple levels within the client's organization in order to drive incremental growth.
- Motivated to find and propose new business opportunities and communicate with customers as hybrid sales of visits / telephones.
- Strong commitment to achieve the goal, think about strategies on how to achieve new transaction volume from the analysis of the corporate customer in charge, and can manage own customers (target of new transaction volume for the year and overall usage) Achievement of growth rate target)
- Knowledge and experience of B2B payment and cross-border business preferred
- Written and verbal English communication skills preferred
English Language level: Intermediate level preferred
Japanese Language level: Fluent - Native Level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
Work permission in Japan required
6~8 million JPY
