As we press ahead into the 2020s, we are committed to doubling our e-commerce business. In 2020, SBD global eCommerce business is $2Billion. We know that ecommerce is one of the largest organic growth opportunities we have globally, and specifically, Japan presents tremendous opportunity for accelerated growth with multi-dimensional innovation - from product and process innovation to new go-to-market models. We are looking for the most creative, driven minds to help us disrupt the industry and accelerate hypergrowth in this key channel.

  • Responsible for delivering eCom sales targets on Amazon
  • Responsible for execution excellence on product detail page and content execution on Amazon, Yahoo and Rakuten
  • Responsible for working out detail eCommerce forecasting for Amazon sales working with Supply Chain team
  • Responsible for buying search keywords, Amazon Marketing Services activation to drive strong return on ad spend on Amazon platform
  • Responsible for setting up and designing key ecommerce campaign on Amazon - Amazon prime day, black Friday cyber Monday, New year sales and Christmas sales
  • Responsible for product ranging on Amazon managing must stock list and new product listing growing power tools, hand tools, powertools accessories and gardening equipment on Amazon
  • Responsible for designing promotional campaigns on Amazon and utilized key promotional mechanics e.g vendor powered coupons, subscribe and save

[Requirements]

  • Minimum 3 years related eCommerce key account role in Amazon, with proven track record demonstrating sales result delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Business and/or related field.
  • Experience in Amazon
  • Experience working a foreign multinational environment and leading ecommerce team
  • Effective communication and influencing skills, able to collaborate cross diverse functions.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English.
