  • 対代理店向け関係強化策を立案し、シニアマネジメント並びにセールスマネジャーの合意のもと実行する(トレーニング、インセンティブプラン、営業戦略会議、代理店会議、代理店契約終了・代理店の付け替えなど等)。
  • 基本取引契約書等の契約書の締結、改定を実施する
  • 取引卸に対する3rd Party Processの実施(3年に1回)
  • 関係部署との連携を通じてインセンティブプラン導入後の評価を行い、必要に応じて見直しと変更を実施して販売目標達成につなげる

Develop sales and marketing strategies with our distributor, ensure execution of the initiatives, and monitor progress. Work closely with the distributor, serving as the single point of contact for day-to-day operation of the distributor, and support the distributor in strengthening their salesforce to grow the business and to gain market share.

  • Develops and executes commercial strategies through collaboration, planning and influence.
  • Analyzes results of executed strategies to assure achievement of sales, market share and profit objectives.
  • Collaborates with internal business partners to develop integrated plans to drive results and grow CRM franchise.
  • Understands the dynamics of the market as well as the healthcare and economic environment to identify opportunities to grow company market share for CRM products.
  • Collaborates with marketing team to develop tools, messages, data, programs, systems, services and behaviors to develop markets.
  • Engages strategically with the distributor and key customers to build our brand, advance market development and enable sales.
  • Develops sound business models and analyzes business opportunity factoring investment costs, COGS, cost of sales/service and revenue returns.
  • Complies with local and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.


  • Worked in Medical Device and/or Healthcare industry in Japan.
  • 医療機器メーカーでのディーラーマネジメント経験
  • Experience in managing dealers/distributors in Japan.
  • 循環器関連の経験があれば尚可


  • Strong commercial execution skills
  • Excellent communication skill in Japanese
  • Business level proficiency in English


  • MBA or related Master level education is a plus
