Handle communication and support the different Japanese B2B clients using the platform to sell products
- Responsible of one of the following categories (20-30 individual accounts):high fashion brands ,collectibles ,TV, electronics, fishing goods other hobby items, cosmetics
- keep accounts engaged: set meetings to get feedback from clients, share statistics & insights, consult and advise, teach new trends and marketing techniques to the accounts
- clients are mostly retailers (not makers)
- Use internal analytics tools, Salesforce to discover insights and create e-commerce or digital marketing reports
- 1-3 years experience as one of the following: account management (any B2B industry)
- Business English (mostly reading and writing required as the company has a lot of email exchanges with overseas offices)
- Experience in direct, face to face or online/phone communication
