• 資金；防振ゴム新会社(含む国内Gr会社)の資金管理、為替管理、損害保険業務、資金管理（資金調達の検討）製造系Gr会社の管理を含む、資金繰り管理、支払・回収業務管理、銀行窓口との対応業務
• Foreign exchange management
• Management of non-life insurance business
• Treasury management of manufacturing group companies
• Payment management
• Communicating with bank

[Desired Skills and Requirements]

• High communication ability in Japanese and English,
• Ability to make fair judgements based on a sense of balance, and logic, and facts.
• Motivated to making bold business changes.
• Practical experience and knowledge of finance.
• Practical experience and knowledge of finance in overseas offices.
• Practical experience and knowledge of department performance management, business planning, general company management, etc.

[Language Requirement]

• English Language level: Business level
• Japanese Language level: Fluent - Native Level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
• Work permission in Japan required
