Sr.Digital Marketing Specialist


We are helping clients to digitalize all the HR related work ranging from Payment, Time and Attendance, HR related paperwork and Talent Management.
Our Marketing team contributes to scale its business in Japan by raising awareness of the need in every company, making the day-to-day work more efficient and easier. We are enhancing the Marketing spectrum to make this happen; Digital, Content Marketing.

Vision and Mission
We are expanding our team! We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist, Japan to help create leads for our team through Digital and content. You have a good command of B2B Marketing. Your work will be an integral part of our company's growth and success.


  • Be a part of the Marketing within the local team in Japan, and represent Japan within the global Marketing team
  • Report to Marketing Director based in Japan
  • Plan and execute 360 degrees of Demand Generation Marketing campaigns
  • Enjoy working closely with the Sales team on ideas for content that the local markets will respond well to.
  • Frequently communicate with MKT peers or other development members outside of Japan in English to operate Japan Marketing aligning with their regulation and to achieve the target number required.

About The Job (% of scope area)
1. Digital Marketing (70%) - SEO and Website Management
- Execute SEO and continuously create PDCA process to improve CVR
- Analyzing the number given from the Digital channels, come up with better contents/creative ideas to constantly generate quality leads
- Direct and negotiate with agency on your own idea to implement there to bring impressive results
- Daily website management work to understand innerworkings of CMS, e.g. Wordpress and Pardot/Marketo (other platform should be fine)
- Monitoring the GA on the conversion funnel and tweak some UI/UX to improve CVR
- Webinar set up/operation: Creating ZOOM webinar and Marketo/Salesforce connection to be ready for webinar promo and the operation

2. Contents Marketing (20%)
Content Creation
- Source US website and seek advice to overseas MKT peer to localize great contents into Japanese
- Come up with Japanese-oriented E-book idea to create locally getting effective support from stakeholders, creating wordings and copies throughout the materials used Contents Syndication
- Plan and execute Contents Syndication program from selecting media and contents to be used, working with media and agencies.
- Negotiate with agency and media to better expose our contents and improve the look and feel with the wordings used in the Landings pages for those media
- Analyze the number and quality of leads from there, closely working with BDR
- Replan and tweak our approach to the campaign if necessary

3. Other Miscellaneous (10%)
- Follow up what discussed in a call to prepare some materials needed
- Ask some support from other teams to make some campaigns happen
- Data cleansing and maintenance work in SFDC: Check and see if campaign Lead data is accurately recorded and up and running in Salesforce
- Event related support potentially may come up
- Some creation works and data entry work is potentially required


  • You have worked successfully in a Digital marketing position in-house and/or in a agency side for at least 3 years
  • Understand the basic mechanism of SEM/Display Ads
  • Experience of using Salesforce is preferable. Pardot, Marketo, GA, WordPress (or other CMS), BI tools experiences are preferred, not a must
  • Proven track record of exceeding expectations in generating leads
  • You are great at developing and managing agency relationships
  • You are proud of your excellent verbal & written communication, presentation skills in Japanese and English, and have an eye for detail.
  • Follow the manager's lead and align to make it by deadline defined by the manager
  • Efficiently communicate, negotiate, and manage good relationships with stakeholders
  • Warm & friendly heart and analytical & data driven head
  • You speak English fluently


  • Experiences in the B2C brand or B2B Tech in Japan is a must, ideally for demand generation
  • Experience of using Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, GA, WordPress (or other CMS), BI tools
  • Working experience and knowledge of SEM (Display ads/PPC)
