Solution Architect

[Responsibilities]

  • Drive at pace and lead architecture of a policy admin system migration initiative
  • Understand the big picture and arrive at long-term solutions and cost-effective solutions on a case-by-case basis
  • Identify and help to resolve blockers & business problems, exploring options and solutions
  • Work with stake holders including program managers, developers, business users and testers
  • Experience in system migrations, preferably policy admin system migrations

[Requirements]

  • 10+ years of experience in Technology - Azure Kubernetes services, Azure service bus, Azure Function app, Azure Logic app, Java
  • ETL Tools: ADF, NiFi

[Preferable]

  • Experience in one of the life insurance policy admin system COTS products like Vantage, Ingenium, Lifecomm
  • Experience of having worked with diverse team with members from different countries

[Language Requirement]

  • English language: conversation/reading/writing a must
  • Japanese language: conversation skill is highly preferred
  • Work permission in Japan required

[Location]
Tokyo *Hybrid style in accordance with company policy

[Working hours]
9:00am - 5:00pm (Include 1 hour break)

  • Flextime system available
  • About 15 hours overtime expected

[Salary]
10 million yen - 13 million yen

  • Based on our Work Rules, we will consider your experience, skills and knowledge when we decide the salary.
  • Commutation allowance and Variable Incentive Bonus are paid based on our Work Rules.
