[仕事内容]
※主に営業から上がってくる販売予測などを基に生産計画を立て在庫の管理までをご担当いただきます。

Key Responsibilities
Planning Joint Venture Product Lines in Japan. Requires cross regional interfaces. Optimizes supply network reducing supply chain cost. Able to manager Product Allocations Independently.

Sales and Operation Planning:

• Complete understanding of end-to end S&OP, Demand and Supply processes and principles.
• Independently conduct scenario planning.
• Identify Supply and Demand imbalances and potential solutions. Prepare and present charts and graphs for demand / supply meetings.
• Manage Goods Receipt from our Joint Venture and work on precise GR timing to meet customers demand and avoid stock-out.
• Lead actions to deplete aged and slow-moving inventory.
• Coordinate Demand Forecast Accuracy Initiatives for the region.
• Lead all practical matters for our Joint Venture, such like coordination/negotiation on cost/administrative matters, not only for scheduling.
• Be the regular member of Joint Venture management Committee (monthly).
• Primary Local contact for global supply.

Logistics:

• Manager logistics related inquiries from Sales Managers, by cooperating with appropriate CFRs and 3rd party warehouse/logistics vendors.
• Negotiate with 3rd party service providers on service/cost revisions.
• Lead warehouse management by cooperating with 3rd party vendors and related internal parties (stocktaking, GMP audit/activities, inventory check, etc.)

[応募資格]
Required Skills

• over 5 Years Supply Chain or Business experience preferred.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Actively seeks perspectives from others.
• Uses feedback to aid in the final decision making process.
• Makes clear and convincing oral presentations.
• Addresses root cause of issues and sorts through complex issues to make timely decisions.
• Works independently in a proactive manner to resolve issues before they reach crisis proportions.
• Acts as a team member and team leader to support Supply Chain goals.
• Aides in training junior Supply Chain Planners.
• Serves as an active member on project teams, making suggestions to team goals.
• Consistently focuses on team goals.
• Participation in Regional cross-functional projects to represent Supply Chain Planning.

Education, Certifications & Licenses

• Strong Japanese and English communication skills (verbal and writing)
• BS or BA Required
• CPIM or equivalent required, CSCP or equivalent desired

• Must be a proactive problem solver
• Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines

[語学力]

• 英語力：ビジネスレベル以上
• Japanese Language level: Fluent - Native (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
• Work permission in Japan required

東京
※リモート勤務制度あり。
※監査などの際には倉庫などに出向いていただくこともありますが、基本的に本社勤務です。

[給与]
650万円〜800万円
（能力・経験を考慮し当社規定により決定します。）

[勤務時間]
9:00〜17:30
※Flex制度あり。（コアタイム：11:00〜15:00）
