[Responsibilities]

• Work together with Testing Manager to improve Design according to Japan's market
• Create design concept and testing idea from Japan's users perspective to improve conversion rate
• Understanding the culture in Japan to create and even improve performance of website
• Make easy to understand yet detailed documents of the design concept (especially for team members who do not speak Japanese at all, and cannot determine if there is any error or typos, etc.)
• Collaborate with Web Designer in the US

[Requirements]

• Prototyping Experience with Adobe XD
• Experienced in Illustrator/similar tools
• Some experience in designing or creating video
• Able to create a design concept and testing idea for the design
• Able to think of the right design and how to improve it based on data (Example: changing button's colors, etc)
• Japanese Native, English Business
