Sales Manager

営業部長として国内の3名の部下のマネージメントと共に、国内の拡販業務、プロジェクト マネジメント業務を担当していただきます。


  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day work performed by the Sales team according to set standards as per 1KC Sales Management Processes and in line with Sales & Marketing Strategy for the Area.
  • Implement and utilize various sales configurator tools to offer products according to customer needs
  • To develop customer centric sales team through weekly coaching process and leverage Siebel CRM tool to develop sales pipeline across product range
  • Monitor and manage the budgets and targets for the team/ department on an on-going basis and help devise effective incentive program for the sales team
  • Increase the agreement base in assigned territory in captive as well as competition assets to establish basis of strong relation with customers
  • Conduct periodic performance appraisals for the sales team, provide on-time feedback to improve staff performance.
  • Identify the skills and knowledge required by the sales team to perform their assigned tasks and provide appropriate training and coaching opportunities to acquire these.
  • To identify and manage Key Accounts in the region in accordance with regional / global plans
