[仕事内容]
旗艦店オープンにおけるRetail Store Managerのポジションです。
店舗でのオペレーション、数字管理、販売員さんの管理、ストアイベントの企画・オペレーションを所掌頂きます。
アーティストをお呼びして、ライブができるカフェ&バーのフロアも作ることを計画しています。(全体としては、4 - 5フロアの予定です。)
マーケティング部と協業し、ライブイベントの企画も進めて頂きます。

旗艦店プロジェクトは、グローバルからも大きな関心・期待を集めており、重責ながら大変やりがいがあります。

Position Summary:
We are looking for an effective and energetic Store Manager to help lead this development from concept to keys. Across the entire portfolio, you'll get to develop the team, influence the design and assortment, create the processes, and operate the retail operations of our flagship store. Using this store as the successful "proof of concept" there will be many new flagship stores planned in key cities around the world.

■ストアオペレーション/ストアマネジメント経験 5年程度
■ビジネスレベルの英語力 *海外拠点との接点がある為
■音楽・ギター好きの方!!*演奏経験があると尚可です!

Education and/or Certifications and/or Training:

  • Required: Four-year college degree from an accredited institution in business, economics or related field or the equivalent level of experience.

Minimum Professional Experience:

  • 5+ years-experience managing lifestyle/entertainment flagship stores in an omni-channel environment
  • Proven 4-Wall Profit & loss responsibility

Essential Functions:

  • Provide inputs to flagship design team for functional and operational excellence
  • Help building the team and creating the processes
  • Engage in all store operations, including safety and security, people management, inventory management, cash operations in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent product and shopping experience to consumers at every stage of their musical journey
  • Drive key marketing initiatives to increase store awareness, traffic, conversions, LTV, customer satisfaction, etc.
  • Manage through KPIs
  • Management courage in leading and building the team through continuous training and development
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Optimize in-store and omni-channel assortment through close cooperation with product management, planning and logistic teams
  • Collect data and analyze buying trends, customer needs and competition
  • Work closely with e-com team to provide consumers a seamless omnichannel

  • Proven track records as a retail Store Manager, driven for results
  • Highly skilled and motivated in providing a unique customer experience in the music industry
  • Digital marketing knowledge
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to develop and lead the team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Japanese and English language
  • Attention to detail while embracing the big picture
  • Musical appreciation and experience preferred
