Leading Real Estate Company - Focusing on High End Luxury Resorts

[Responsibilities]

• Development project leader (building resorts from ground up)
• To be involved of all facets of development including design and consulting, interior design, development and construction, operations
• Business design and profit maximization, brand creation, schedule management
• Cost management and quality management
• To be involved in multiple ongoing projects

[Requirement]

• Experience with development of high end hotels or luxury resorts
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Need venture/start-up mind set
• Ability to communicate in English
• Japanese Language level: Fluent - Native Level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)

[Salary]
10~15 million JPY+ Bonus
