外資系産業機器メーカー

[仕事内容]
同社の工場のエンジニアリング/品質保証本部 本部長として、下記チーム、総勢60名の組織の統括をお任せします。

◇サプライチェーンチーム（部品調達、物流）
◇品質保証チーム
◇テクノロジーセンターチーム（設計、組み立て、生産管理、サプライヤー管理）

同社の製品は、海外にて基本設計、製造をしていますが、日本の顧客向けのカスタマイズ設計、アッセンブリを日本の工場で行っており、いわゆる工場経営に近いポジションとなります。
今回のポジションでは、既存のオペレーションを回して頂くだけではなく、工場全体の業務改革を進めて頂く事を期待をされています。
具体的には、営業チームと連携をしながら、営業、また工場のチームがWIN WINとなるような仕組みづくり（原価管理、価格設定のマネジメントも含む）や工場全体の労働安全の推進等が含まれます。

業務内容詳細

• Build, develop and manage a team capable of carrying out necessary activities in the areas of engineering, QA and supply chains.

• Formulate mission, goals and strategies of Engineering, QA & Supply Chains and lead associates to achieve the goals.

• Support implementing new sales models to improve sales efficiently.

• Develop synergies within Engineering, QA & Supply Chains and other departments and assist sales team for winning contracts.

• Support the business development for potential customers in the new market with Custom Solutions.

• Align with corporate objectives and formulate and execute Custom Solutions strategies to achieve the business goal.

• Develop innovative Custom Solutions for providing customers with values.

• Minimize costs for Custom Solutions engineering and assembly operations through Kaizen activities.

• Maintain safe working environment to avoid safety incidences.

• Align QA strategy with corporate objectives by formulating and implementing necessary policies and processes.

• Formulate and implement efficient supply chain strategy to provide superior services to customers.

• Work closely with HQ and Japan management to solve relevant issues and obstacles for the team.

• Prepare performance management & competencies development (PDP) with managers in Engineering, QA & Supply Chains, conduct periodical reviews and provide associates with feedback.

• Communicate clearly with associates concerning performance expectations, productivity and accountability.

• Develop associates for future advancement.

• Act as a Steering Committee member and participate in Steering Committee Meetings.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and laws.

• Follow-up other extraordinary items requested by the supervisor.

[応募資格]

• Education: BS degree from a leading Japanese university.

• Experience: Experiences in engineering and QA with technical products; minimum 15 years of working experience and 3 years with a multinational company; successful record of engineering and QA activities and management of relevant team.

• Skills: Understand well the details and special aspects of the Japanese industry; extensive knowledge in the following core industries: semiconductor, oil & gas, power plants, chemical, constructions, and transportation; English communication skill for communicating effectively with different functional groups.
