Mission：
The purpose is to manage purchasing team and its tasks to ensure the compliance to the company regulation of purchase and RFA and to optimize the purchasing costs and explore the potential cost saving opportunities.

[応募資格]
- Japanese: native /fluent, English: business level
- Basic knowledge of both statutory and management accounting
- Communication skill to the business partners (e.g. suppliers) for mutually sustainable relationship
- Skill and knowledge for cost evaluation from various approach
- Competence of analysis of market/supplier situation and to establish category strategy
- Team management
- People development
求める人物像:
- People Management experience (including KPI setting, Team motivation, subordinates attendance management): min 3 years
- Procurement experience: preferably indirect: min. 3-5 years
- Budget Management experience
- Language: Native / high business level Japanese + business level English
- Competencies: negotiation skills; high communication skills as window person between multiple stakeholders (Purchasing team, CFO, APAC purchasing, Headquarters)
- Traits: Strategic mindset as head of purchasing; curiosity; pro-activeness

基本勤務時間帯：08:15〜16:45（所定労働時間7時間45分）、
フレックスタイム制 （コアタイム10:00-16:00）
