[仕事内容]
Logistics：

  • Logistics supplier strategy development
  • 3PL supplier search
  • Supplier sourcing project (pitch) planning and execution
  • Saving project ideation, planning and execution together with Logistics Team/Supply
  • 3PL relationship management
  • Saving progress monitoring/reporting

3PM (=CM, Collaborative manufacturing)：

  • 3PM sourcing implementation for innovation & promotion
  • 3PM strategy as a part of sourcing strategy
  • Managing 3PM cost. Price negotiation with suppliers.
  • Managing Supplier Service, Quality and Responsiveness
  • Contract implementation
  • Excellence job (data management, process rationalization)
  • Introduction of new capabilities & technologies from local/global suppliers

[応募資格]

  1. メーカーでの間接購買のご経験
  2. Logistics購買のご経験、
  3. 3PMのご経験

以上いずれかの経験に加え、英語力＋プロジェクトマネジメント力＋Stakeholder Management力のある方

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Commercial understanding for supply chain management
  • At least 5years experience in supply chain management

[語学力]

  • 英語力：ビジネスレベル以上(TOEIC 730 above). ※英語でのコミュニケーションが頻繁に発生します。
  • Japanese Language level: Fluent - Native (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
  • Work permission in Japan required

■歓迎要件（必須ではありません）

  • Procurement background hopefully in cosmetics / toiletries industry
  • Basic knowledge about supply chain service, including but not limited to logistics, Engineering, 3PM, marketing material and service.
  • Negotiation and interpersonal skill

[給与]
600万円〜800万円
（能力・経験を考慮し当社規定により決定します。）

標準労働時間：7時間35分
