[Responsibilities]

  • Be a partner to responsible client department(s), provides professional/strategic

  • contribution for the design, development and implementation of HR programs and practices, including project plan delivery and labor management.

  • Maintain strong client focus by working with line management to deliver HR solutions in support of business objectives and HR strategies.

  • Get involved in and understand existing operational activities at HRBP function and provides expert input to HR COE and Operation function to identify opportunities for improvement in HR operating model.

  • Work with other HR functions to streamline and optimize HR operations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

[Requirements]

  • Experience in HR for more than 5 years

  • Be familiar with local labor laws and procedures with labor relations

  • Has professional knowledge related to HR programs, policies and practices contributing to the solution of complex HR problems

  • Fluent Japanese and Business English
