[仕事内容]
This role will provide support and advice across the various functions within the Japan & South Korea Operating Unit and other international projects.

• Provide proactive and creative strategic and tactical legal counseling and support, advice and assist in problem resolution
• Draft, review, and negotiate key legal contracts to achieve business objectives, minimize risk and ensure compliance with Company policies, laws, and regulations.
• Review and approve all marking initiatives including all labels, claims, packaging, advertising, campaigns and promotional initiatives, PAC and consumer communications.
• Provide litigation assessment counseling and risk mitigation advice and coordinate litigation, trademark and patent registrations/oppositions and related documentation in collaboration with the Company's IP counsel and outside counsel.
• Represent and/or guide the representation of Company interests in dealing with local governmental authorities.
• Provide general legal and business advice on a case-by-case basis to the business
• Ensure compliance with Company policy and provide proper training and support in the areas of corporate governance.

[応募資格]

• Education: Qualified attorney (licensed in Japan and/or any common-law jurisdiction)
• Work experience: At least 5 - 7 years of prior relevant experience
• Contracts and Transactions: Draft, review and negotiate customer, M&A, distribution, procurement, sponsorship, marketing, and other contracts
• Language: Japanese and English (at least business level in both)

[給与]
1200〜1700万円 (Base + incentive)
