Vendor Management:

  • Manage external Vendors in alignment with Operation Sourcing Strategy (External Sourcing Strategy implementation)
  • Build proper business relationship with external service providers and support internal stakeholders to have them execute business effectively and efficiency by utilizing external services

Vendor selection and Cost Efficiency:

  • Select proper vendor to ensure expected level of quality and services through vendor management
  • Seek cost efficiency opportunities through RFX processes and vendor negotiation with strict review for unit price, volume and Specification requirement

Contract Management:

  • Manage Operation contract as a whole including data management, communication with vendors as well as relevant departments and process improvements

Roles & Responsibility of the position:

  • Execute assigned tasks as an experienced professional possessing a high level of knowledge and skills in a specific field
  • List up, measure and monitor status and progress of key indicators of teams.
  • Utilize accumulate skills and provide expert advice/insight in own function area
  • As an experienced individual contributor, drive initiatives for assigned area and create value through execution of tasks
  • Supervise a small team and small projects/initiatives
  • Support supervisor and provide appropriate input/insight for proper decision making and escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Interfacing with counterpart of assigned tasks, and also bridging communication between Manager and junior staff
  • Identify and analyze issues and risks and propose corrective action and plan.


  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Fluent in Japanese and business level English (TOEIC above 730)
  • Min. 5+ years business experiences in the area
  • NOT mandatory but business experiences and knowledges in Financial/Insurance industry preferable
  • Experience to lead a team and/or initiative/project
  • Monitor and create report for assigned task with clear insight and in-depth knowledge, and propose corrective action with arrangement of proper decision making processes for direction.
  • Execute assigned BAU tasks in charge with autonomy, and support subordinate staffs for skill/knowledge development
  • Take a role to support manager for ad-hoc tasks and lead delegated tasks with understanding of strategic and comprehensive aspects behind the task.
  • Facilitate/Coordinate discussions with business counterparts
