[Responsibilities]
We are looking for an individual who has an experience in Internal Audits and be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the execution of internal audit activities effectively in according with annual audit cycles
• Support to develop a robust and effective internal audit framework
• Participate in major business initiatives and proactively advise and assist the business on change initiatives
• Identify solutions for a variety of complex and unique control issues, utilizing complex judgment and sophisticated analytical thought
• Analyze and validate report findings, and recommend interventions where needed, proposing creative and pragmatic tactical and strategic solutions to risk and control issues
• Partner with business management to develop approaches for addressing broader corporate emerging issues
• Apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

[Requirements]

• 5-10 years of experience in an Internal Audit role
• Related certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA or similar) preferred
• Proven ability to execute on a portfolio of high quality deliverables according to agreed timetables
• Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement and innovation in audit tools and techniques
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
• Effective negotiation skills
• English Language level: Business level
• Japanese Language level: Fluent - Native Level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)

10-12 million JPY
