[仕事内容]
Position Focus:

  • FP&A manager is responsible for analyzing financial data for Japan Seating business and Japan E-system engineering development.

  • Major duties are preparation of monthly reports, forecasts, plans and variance analysis.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for profitability analysis of Japan operations

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual finance reports

  • Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities

  • Report financial results to the regional HQ and Japan management

  • Lead and advise on various business initiatives working with other functional managers

  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior staff

[応募資格]

  • Minimum 5 years' working with multinational companies

  • At least 5 years of hands-on accounting / finance experience

  • Experience in ERP systems such as SAP or QAD

  • Superior Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese

  • University graduate majoring in Business or Economics

  • Experience in automotive industry a plus

  • CPA / MBA a plus

800万円〜1100万円
