[Responsibilities]
- As the local leader of a critical function, the Director, Site Reliability Assurance must have strengths in stakeholder management, program delivery, service delivery, negotiation, financial management, leadership of technical teams, and be able to communicate across the organization.
- To support the local ETS activity, such as manage ETS team, govern annual technology events (Maintenance, BCP/DR, Security, Audit, and Security Vulnerability), reporting and overall service improvement plan.
- To ensure a proactive stance to Operational Risk Management using metrics, risk, triggers, and comprehensive monitoring.
- To lead the process/governance management based on ETS service offering capacity.
- To lead manage all service aspect from end-to-end footprint (Demand management, Operation excellence and continuous service improvement).
- To lead determining the root cause of serious service interruptions, including comprehensive follow through of remedial actions.
- To adopt an independent stance when reviewing ETS governance on the overarching objective of maximizing stability and optimizing the processing of changes.
- To lead delivery of ETS services offering, such as overseeing End User Support, Computing, technology, Data/Voice/Audio-Visual, hosting, cloud infrastructure services.
- To lead operational maturity level at the cloud along with implement fully automated self-service CI/CD pipelines
[Requirements]
Mandatory:
- Deep experience in the core areas of service management, Operational Risk, able to drive up service quality through effective site reliability management.
- At least 10~15 years' experience in the management of infrastructure and teams who demonstrated track record of attracting and developing technology talent.
- A degree in computer science, engineering, or similar technical discipline.
- Contemporary understanding (broad, not deep) of relevant technologies, including networking, hosting, cloud, security, ITIL processes.
- Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering complex projects Significant experience managing service delivery operations, both in-house and through vendors.

9:00am - 5:00pm (Include 1 hour break. Flextime system available)
[Salary]
14 million ~ 17.5 million yen
