As a Manager, you will work to develop and manage BtoB (mail order company) business to deliver result.
We are looking for the people who have a passion to accelerate the business by strongly collaborating with the customer and bottler.
■Planning and executing growth strategy/plan for the BtoB business
■Track and manage metrics to achieve the target (Sales/ Share/ New Shopper Acquisition#)
- Develop promotion and digital Ads plans
- Improving fundamentals (Digital Shelf, Out of stock% etc.)
■Propose product portfolio to win at the platform
■Develop plan to adapt platformer's new services
■Education: University/Bachelor's degree
■Years of Experience: 3~5 years in Office BtoB business (カタログベースでのe-commerce経験者)
■Top skillsets needed:
- Track record of delivering result at the area of office BtoB business.
- Basic knowledge of eCommerce business, commercial planning, and analytical stills to enhance and manage relationships with Bottlers
- The ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate and execute complex projects is required
