[Position] Distribution Planner
[Salary] 6~7 million JPY
Note: Applicants must have permission to work in Japan and Fluent ~ Native level Japanese

Optimize stock management for Japan network, ensure stores are replenished at adequate level to maintain a high product availability while reducing stock excess across the network.
Stock Replenishment & availability
Continuous review of replenishment target by store and by product to ensure adequate stock level and high product availability
Store Stock Monitoring
Monitor store stock coverage and optimize overall inventory level
Manage slow movers and seasonal items across retail network and Distribution Center
Plan and organize end of life product strategies in cooperation with Merchandising
Redefine the local rebalancing process
Organize and monitor rebalancing at both local and global levels
Monitor the efficiency for all transfers/rebalancing, alert on slow movers
Communicate shipping needs to Logistics
Support planning functions (launch, forecast,…)
Actively participate in projects involving Supply Chain
Establish and communicate KPIs for Supply Chain activities
Ad-hoc analysis and reporting
Native Japanese, written/reading English
At least 5 year working experience, including 2 year on similar position in retail/FMCG industries
Successful experience at working across different functional areas and levels of organization
Excellent Excel skills and overall computer skills
Experience in project management is a plus
Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking are essential Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
