  • In-house help desk and technical support services (access authority and support when PC freezes)
  • Issuing accounts for new employees and setting up PCs and smartphones (kitting work)
  • Manage Active Directory and Office 365
  • Finance software (Bloomberg, Quick Active manager, etc.) installation work
  • Setting up teleworkers and responding to questions
  • PC removal / cleaning work
  • Creating and updating operation manuals
  • Directly teach internal users how to operate software that has taken over the PAG policy
  • PC setup in the meeting room
  • User support for how to use the in-house IP phone
  • Setting up email software on smartphones and user support
  • Other spot support, etc.


  • Basic knowledge and experience of desktop support
  • Fluent Japanese and Business level English
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Basic support for trading market applications such as Bloomberg, Quick Active Manager
  • Providing basic training on the operation and management of the company computers
  • Ability to solve complex hardware and software problems
  • Strong team players and excellent interpersonal skills
