[Responsibilities]
Job Purpose : To assist in ensuring the Japan compliance team leads the way in the maintenance, development and oversight of compliance practices and procedures in meeting financial services, conduct expectations and all other regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain Crypt product area
  • Manage and improve system risk environment
  • Provide advice on relevant regulatory matters
  • Provide appropriate assistance in respect of external regulatory investigations/inspections
  • Advise the business on matter related to compliance and conduct
  • Maintain awareness of, report on and assist in the management of compliance and conduct risk.
  • Develop systems and procedures to ensure and maintain compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, under the direction of the Head of Compliance Japan.
  • Provide assistance in any other specific or general way to the work of the global compliance team.
  • Assist Head of Compliance, Compliance manager and Compliance activities

[Requirements]
Person Specification (Ability / Expertise):

  • Crypt product services experiences
  • A certain technical knowledge for financial service
  • Japanese resident
  • Both English and Japanese skills
  • FX/CFD, Crypto or equities experience (preferred)

Qualifications

  • Educated to at least degree level.
  • Technical related qualifications (preferred)
