Drive shopper-based value creation through strategy development, customer management and instore execution

  • Sustainable sales and profit growth for internal and external through the customer strategy
  • Develop the robust category and brand strategy together with marketing team
  • Upgrade the quality of sales fundamentals to meet customer's requirement with differentiated approach based on the shopper and category understanding
  • Develop effective POSMs based upon deep shopper understandings
  • Brilliant execution at retail by fully leverage "Instore Excellence program"
  • Successful innovation launch by influencing E2E process

Drive NRM (Net Revenue Management) to materialize the tangible financial benefit for internal and external

  • Efficient G2N management, especially return reduction
  • Accelerate mix management to contribute category expansion and customer profitability
  • Maximize the promotion effectiveness
  • Optimize trade spend allocation to avoid the future potential risk from retailer's M&A based on the customer segmentation

Ideally experience in broader commercial roles (Sales, Trade/shopper marketing manager, Field sales manager and National Account and wholesaler Management) in FMCG industry
