Operations Specialist - Cash Management Operation Staff

[Responsibilities]
Position Purpose:

  • Provides cash clearing and account services to both internal and external clients.
  • Closely work with local and regional Cash Management Sales/Products, Client Delivery Team to provide services best fits to our clients.

Direct Responsibilities

  • Back office function for Zengin
  • Middle office function for TT and FXYCS - provide necessary guidance/advice to offshore team
  • Prepare and submit both internal and external reports (incl. regulatory reporting)
  • Prepare for withholding tax payment
  • Work with offshore team to arrange invoice using TBS2 (billing system)
  • Participate UAT for payment applications
  • Investigate and clear sanction alerts raised by sanction filtering tools. And raise to Compliance when necessary

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Contributing in supporting Cash Management related projects
  • Contributing in the implementation of operational risk control culture and procedures in day-to-day business Activities

[Requirements]

  • Experience in payment operations in bank. It is plus if in foreign banks.
  • Experience in IT project as an operations representative is plus.
  • Teamwork - Knows how to work in a team and/or across teams, regardless of the type of collaboration ﴾face-to-face, in a group, remote, real-time, etc.﴿, acts bearing common interests and respect for fellow team members in mind.
  • Client focus - Does everything possible to achieve internal or external customer satisfaction by identifying the customers' needs and providing them with the appropriate solution taking into account the company's ethics and interests.
  • Education Level: Bachelor Degree or equivalent (>= 3 years)
  • Experience Level: At least 5 years
  • English Language level: Business level
