We're in need of an all-star business development leader to help drive our commercial success in this market. As the Associate Director of our 100% digital business in Japan, you will have the opportunity to engage at senior levels across the digital ecosystem (agencies, advertisers, media owners and platforms), champion our longer-term business development strategy, work within the sales team to meet our sales goals each quarter,and make history as we expand aggressively in the market.

Our Client Service and Sales team operate as a link between Production and Clients, covering all post-sales retail measurement services. ● Strong business development and client growth skills with a proven track record of sales
● 10+ years of experience in Solution sales and have high sales skills
● 5+ years of experience for dealing a company with 1000+ employees
● Have a background in internet advertising or digital media.
● High communication skills
● Business English skill (TOEIC750+)

Nice to have (One of the below):
● Advanced knowledge and understanding of advertising and marketing.
● Advanced knowledge and understanding of the media industry
● Basic knowledge and understanding of marketing research
● Experience at ad network or ad-tech firms like DSP, TV or related fields
● Strong network in marketing, digital, media industries
● Experience in leading a team with 5+ members

[Language Requirement]
English Language level: Business level
Japanese Language level: Fluent - Native Level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
Work permission in Japan required
