[仕事内容]
Job Description
Assistant Supply Chain Finance manager/SCF analyst will be responsible for driving process excellence around Supply Chain Cost and Stock related operations, along with providing insightful analytics to Supply Chain and Business Units for Gross Margin improvement.

Main responsibilities includes the following.

  • Managerial financial reporting and Month-end close related to Supply Chain Cost and Gross Margin.
  • Providing Standard cost update, and monthly Supply Chain cost forecast update and Gross Margin analysis.
  • Business partnering with Supply Chain team to drive Supply Chain strategy and KPIs esp. around Logistics saving, Business Waste reduction and Stock management.
  • Improve operational effectiveness of above tasks through driving process excellence and simplification, and driving efficient and effective information management.

[応募資格]
Mandatory：

  • Japanese Level, Fluent(N1) and Good English speaker.(TOEIC 800+)
  • Experience in FP&A and analytics (ideally in the gross margin/gross profit area). Able to draw insights from huge database.
  • Strong numerical capability, analytical skills, and Excel skills
  • Managing a number of stakeholders. (both in English / Japanese)
  • Financial Accounting Skills (including JGAAP)

Preferred：

  • Finance business partnering experiences in, i.e. supply chain, sales, marketing, who directly interface with the business functions and drive performance.
  • Finance control and operational experience (Stock management/FA management/Accounting)
  • Experience in a manufacturing or retail environment managing hundreds of SKUs with complex data.
  • A quick learner, independent, self motivated, self starter, and able to conquer challenges and work under pressure
  • SAP ECC, BW, Power BI
