[仕事内容]
Role and Responsibility
The Finance Analyst will be responsible for driving business and financial performance of one of the following organizational units. Assignment of organizational units will be determined in a way to best suit the candidate's profile.

• business unit such as Hair Care Category, Skin Cleansing Category
• business function such as Supply Chain (Procurement, Factory, Planning, Logistics etc)
• He/she fulfils the responsibility through engaging in the following activities.
• Business planning, target setting, and resource allocation (budgeting)
• Performance analysis and driving actions to maximize performance
• Performance reporting to business partners, country board, North Asia Cluster, etc.
• Providing investment evaluations and any other financial analysis, such as financial business case of new product launches, evaluation of capital investment in Supply Chain, etc.
• Providing operational related tasks such as PCE update, monthly SOP cycle update and analysis, as well as delivering other ad-hoc requirements from North Asia SC finance or Japan SC business partners

[応募資格]
Mandatory:

• Finance business partnering experiences in, i.e. supply chain, sales, marketing, who directly interface with the business functions and drive performance.
• Experience in supply chain is also preferrable, i.e. work in factory management, logistic/stock management, planning, or procurement, but with good finance sense.
• Experience in a manufacturing or retail environment.
• Experience in FP&A and analytics, especially in the gross margin/gross profit area. Able to draw insights from huge database.

Preferred:

• System knowledge (i.e. SAP)
• Good presentation skills (PPT, excel)
• Finance control and operational experience (stock management/FA management/finance accounting (R2R/P2P/control/reporting)
• A quick learner, independent, self motivated, self starter, and able to conquer challenges and work under pressure

Required Character:

• Self starter, pro-active working style, driving people to move ahead

[語学力]

• 英語力：Good English speaker.(TOEIC 800+)
• Japanese Language level: Fluent - Native (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
• Work permission in Japan required

[給与]
700万円〜1000万円
（能力・経験を考慮し当社規定により決定します。）
